Formulated and executed assessment of business community's
interest in a freestanding wellness center and other direct
contracting programs for Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center
(CFMC).
On behalf of CFMC administration, conducted face-to-face
surveys of physicians which resulted in local ad campaign
that ultimately won statewide awards.
As part of Memorial Health Center marketing plan, personally
interviewed physicians, executed a formal community awareness
survey, gathered patient origin and utilization data and analyzed
data.
Performed site selection and demographic analysis for Spring
Branch Medical Center satellite physician locations.
Conducted six months of market research/competitive analysis
for El Paso freestanding emergency center prior to opening.
