Served as lead facilitator in launching of second Barry's Pizza & Italian Diner in the Fountains on the Lake Shopping Center in Stafford. Execution included: Special offers to youth associations, service area business development, local newspaper advertising, coupons to apartments, Chamber of Commerce broadcast faxes and local media relations.

Handled all pre- and post- opening of the new Austin Mason Jar, the company's first unit outside Houston. Execution included: Employment advertising, hotel special offer cards, school achievement awards, creation of VIP/media/trade association/civic association data base, press release distribution, image advertising in the Austin American Statesman (AAS) and Austin Chronicle and four-color insert in the AAS to 50,000 high-income households.

Supported opening of three McFaddin Partner operations — the three Laredo Bros. Mexican food/steakhouses (Houston), Victory Grill (Houston) and the USA Cafe (Fort Worth). Laredo Bros. execution included: Development and placement of introductory trial offer ads in local newspapers. Victory Grill execution included: Direct mail, Houston Chronicle Dining Guide advertising, frequent guest dinner bounceback and in-store nightly promotions. USA Cafe execution included: Special event promotions, radio advertising campaign support and opening menu preparation.

Provided counsel to Paul McElroy, president of EPG, Inc., about opening of second Lupe Tortilla's Restaurant at U.S. 59 South and Kirby (Houston).

Supported the successful opening of two restaurants with local media articles, grand opening parties and special publication advertising.
