budget in promotion of hospital services and its 435+ member
medical staff.
Met budget at SBMC after predecessor had exceeded budget
by more than $600,000. Achieved this while reducing staff
size in half.
Supervised advertising agency portion of Memorial Care System's
$1 million advertising and marketing budget.
While at Lifemark, directly supervised and implemented $275,000
marketing communication/sales support budget for three hospital
contract management companies.
